MOD OF ACTION: ERGON is a sulfonylurea herbicide that is an effective alternative to conventional products in the control of dicotyledonous weeds in wheat. It contains metsulfuron-methyl and thifensulfuron-methyl, complementary substances which together control a very broad spectrum of annual dicotyledonous weeds as well as some perennial weeds. At the same time, ERGON is fully selective against cereal crops.
