Midos Energy Forte is a dual-action insecticide—systemic and contact (shock action)—with long-lasting residual activity, available as a white emulsifiable concentrate. The active ingredients—imidacloprid, deltamethrin, and tetramethrin—contained in the insecticide Midos Energy Forte act on pests through contact and ingestion.
The active ingredient—imidacloprid—irreversibly disrupts the vital functions of the nervous centers of insect pests, ultimately leading to their death.
The active ingredients—deltamethrin and tetramethrin—have a repellent and shock effect on insects and act as feeding inhibitors. The combination of imidacloprid, deltamethrin, and tetramethrin gives the product a broad spectrum of activity, making it possible to control even insecticide-resistant strains from other chemical groups.
In Romania, the insecticide Midos Energy Forte is approved for the effective control of pests of the order Musca Domestica at a concentration of 0.5%. It is applied by spraying in the infested area, in places where insects may hide, at the recommended application rate.
