Physico-chemical properties: The product is in the form of a fine, homogeneous powder, with no tendency to agglomerate, blue in colour. It is an excellent formulation that guarantees good adhesion to the plant surface. Apart from having a preventive effect, its penetrating action allows infection control for 2-3 days.
The coating prevents the germination of spores and fungi and protects against new infections by forming a protective layer. Cymoxanil is a topical systemic, inhibits spore germination, mycelial growth and also provides a curative effect shortly after infection.
Application technique: Apply by foliar spray using a tractor-mounted airblast or backpack sprayer. Spray equipment must be perfectly calibrated to ensure good penetration into the foliage and uniform distribution on the plant to optimise product efficiency. Adjust the spray volume according to the type of equipment used and the amount of vegetation to ensure complete coverage. Apply preventively at a recommended interval of 7 days between applications. However, as a general rule, applications should always be adjusted according to disease, crop and climatic conditions, also following regional plant health bulletins.
Preventing the emergence of resistance: To avoid the emergence of resistance forms, alternate treatments with other products/active substances.
Compatibility: COMBIDUO COBRE is compatible with most of the plant protection products commonly used in agriculture, except those with a strong acid or alkaline reaction. Regarding physical compatibility with other products, it is recommended to test with a small quantity before preparing the mixture.
